WHO WE ARE
We are a collective of coaches who will show up. It is our goal to bear witness without judgement or assumption the lives of the men and women who have served our country, and to provide them with the tools and perspective to live their best lives. We are not asking those men and women to be different. We are not assuming to understand. Rather, we are here to be of service through frank and direct coaching around mindfulness, gratitude, and resiliency.
We seek to acknowledge, to hear all parts of one’s story. We are not here to have answers, but to ask questions and provide resources so that every person coming through our program can find their own answers.
At the end of the program participants can expect:
Our guiding principles:
No one should be alone in their story. Or in their grief. Or even in their strength. We’re here to make sure that no one has to be. We’re here to ensure that the men and women who’ve served this country can live honorable, full and expansive lives that align, not conflict, with who they were, who they are, as soldiers and as civilians. Contact us if you’re interested in participating as either a coach or recipient of our program.
